If you are not 100% happy with our products you can return them to our warehouses for a refund. Please contact us in our page or send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with your information and the items you want to return and we will provide a free USPS label. For other countries like Canada, UK ect. you will need to pay the shipping to get back the item to our warehouses.
Our customers can return the items that they have purchased from our store within 20 days since their order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it as well as in the original packaging. We want to ensure the best possible experience for our customers, and do everything we can to remove any risk of shopping online.
Please note that if your order has been shipped we cannot cancel it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 10 business days.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
TITAN X is not responsible for orders that are stolen from a property. The responsibility lies on the buyer, we cannot reship or reimburse these type of orders.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
We will provide a prepaid USPS label for you so you can return the item to our warehouse.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We don't refund shipping charges from DHL Express or Regular.
