If you are not 100% happy with our products you can return the product to our warehouse for a refund. Please contact us in our page or send an email to: with your information and the items you want to return and we will provide an USPS label. Returns are free only in the US. For other countries like Canada, UK ect. you will need to pay the shipping to get back to item to our warehouses. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it as well as with the original packaging.

Please note that if your order has been shipped we cannot cancel it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the warehouse without contacting us first, we will not accept returns that don't have a ticket open.

After 14 DAYS of the product has been delivered, we do NOT accept refunds of any kind.

If 30 business days go by without the client receiving his/her order, we can refund the money to the original method of payment. The refunded amount should be discussed with the buyer. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

TITAN X is not responsible for orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. The responsibility lies on the shipping company (USPS, FedEx, CA Post, DHL Express) and the buyer, we cannot reship or reimburse this types of orders. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


We will provide a prepaid USPS label for you so you can return the item to our warehouse. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We don't refund shipping charges from DHL Express or Regular.
