Every wallet purchased from our website comes with a lifetime warranty!

TITAN X warrants that the products you receive will be 100% new, will not have any defects and will work as intended for its lifetime. The warranty will provide money clips, outer elastics and inner plates in case of failure.  

This warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear of the elastic; scratches on the outer-plates; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; loose of screws; unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Please allow between 1-2 business days for us to ship your order. Once we your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking code.

Once you receive the tracking code, you can place it in our 'Track your order' page to view the details and the location of your package. 

REturns and exchanges

Please send a message to the consumer services team through the contact form with your order number and they will take care of everything.

No, all of our USA returns are free. We provide a prepaid USPS label so you can return the package to our warehouse. However, if you are located outside the US, you will have to pay the return shipping.

We will inspect the goods when they arrive at our warehouse. All items must be unused so we can approve your return request and issue a full refund. If the good are used and we can see certain factors of usage or damage, your return will be denied.  

You have 14 days since the day that you received it to submit a request. 

1. The product(s) was broken or damaged when the client received it.
2. The product(s) was lost in transit.
3. The client received a different product(s) than the one he ordered.

4. We approve your returned package after we inspect it.
